The location was convenient, which was a plus during our stay. However, the room we received was disappointing. it had a horrible smell and the bathroom was poorly maintained, with filthy grout and an oily coating on the floor. Despite the nice check-in experience with Rose, we felt neglected by the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues overshadowed the positives.
